Associate degree or higher in the applicable subject area; or at least two years of practical experience in the applicable field combined with professional licensure or an industry-recognized certification.
The Property Management Certificate Program prepares students for entry-level roles supporting property management operations, leasing activities, tenant relations, and property administration. The program provides online instruction in property management fundamentals, leasing and tenant relations, property operations, maintenance and risk, accounting and compliance, and property technology. Students also develop complementary skills in digital marketing and analytics and complete a 60-hour supervised externship to apply their knowledge in a property management environment.
Application deadlines occur three times each year, on the third Wednesday of October, February, and June. The application deadlines for the 2026–2027 enrollment cycle are October 21, 2026; February 17, 2027; and June 16, 2027. This schedule will continue annually, with specific dates established according to the third Wednesday of October, February, and June.
