Program Description:

The ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification is a nationally recognized, industry-standard credential administered by the National Restaurant Association that validates a food service professional’s knowledge of safe food handling, sanitation, foodborne illness prevention, and regulatory compliance. The certification is accredited and widely accepted by state and local health departments, often meeting mandatory food safety manager requirements for restaurants, hospitality operations, healthcare facilities, schools, and other food service establishments.
