All instructors must possess a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED and have at least two years of hands-on experience in the field of behavioral health, direct support, or caregiving. Preference is given to faculty with credentials such as Certified Direct Support Professional (CDSP), CNA licensure, QIDP designation, or completion of state-approved Train-the-Trainer programs. Faculty are also required to complete ongoing professional development annually.

Applicants must be 18 years or older, have a high school diploma or GED, and be able to pass a background check. Reliable transportation is encouraged. No prior healthcare experience is required, but individuals must be willing to complete all required training hours. Priority will be given to candidates with an interest in supporting individuals with disabilities or behavioral health needs. Participants must also be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. New cohorts begin on the 1st and 15th of each month. To be considered for a cohort, applicants should complete their submission at least 7 days prior to the start date. Accelerated options and employer-sponsored enrollment may follow separate deadlines.
