The CDA training will take place over 14 weeks, meeting 3 nights per week for 3 hours each night. The course will provide the CDA student with the CDA content and the adult education employability skills contextually and continuously together throughout the duration of the course. The CDA instructor and the adult education instructor will work together to ensure the information and skills are taught to the students. The course will also ensure the topics related to earning the Essential Soft Skills Credential are embedded and discussed throughout the course to ensure the CDA students are exposed to the information necessary to complete the training modules and earn the Essential Soft Skills Credential at the end of the course.
No application deadlines, but classes are currently offered two times a year. Application cut off dates are in place to all for timely enrollment into classes.
