Possess a minimum of 4 years experience at the journey or technician-level in their specialized area or a minimum of 3 years experience as a certified educator in a vocational/technical program related to construction or maintenance. The credentials of instructors must be assessed and sanctioned by either the Sponsor Representative or qualified personnel and retained through any of the subsequent methods: A diploma from an accepted secondary or post-secondary institution in the pertinent field(s) for teaching/evaluation. A resume detailing practical involvement in the curriculum subject or specific module(s) intended for instruction. Verified evidence of successful completion of the National Craft Assessment and Certification Program (NCACP) assessment in the relevant fields. A state-issued license in the respective field(s) for teaching/evaluation. Appropriate certification from a State Department of Education relevant to the subject matter.
