This 4-week course prepares you for the two CompTIA A+ Core Series exams: Core 1 (220-1101) and Core 2 (220-1102). You will learn how to perform critical IT support tasks and today’s core technologies from security to networking to virtualization and more. CompTIA A+ is the starting point for a career in IT and validates foundational skills across a variety of devices and operating systems. You will learn how to perform critical IT support tasks and today’s core technologies. Students will receive hands-on experience through online labs, activities, assessments, projects, and challenging scenario-based exercises that reinforce curriculum topics. Upon completion, you will be ready to: Sit for CompTIA A+ certification exams (Core 1 and Core 2) and show you can: Install and configure end-user devices and software Address connectivity problems Perform basic cybersecurity mitigations Troubleshoot common problems to diagnose and resolve issues Demonstrate basic knowledge of scripting, the cloud, and virtualization
