Instructor is a certified medical coding professional holding credentials such as CPC and CPC-I, with extensive industry experience in medical coding, auditing, and compliance. Instruction is led by an AAPC-approved instructor with years of experience in healthcare education and workforce training. Instructors provide guidance, feedback, and support throughout the program to ensure student success and job readiness.

Candidates must hold an active industry-recognized medical coding certification, such as the Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Coding Specialist (CCS). Candidates holding a CPC-A (apprentice designation) are not eligible for entry into the program.

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis throughout the year, based on apprenticeship opportunities, employer availability, and participant eligibility. There is no fixed annual application deadline.
