We require the Construction instructors to have a minimum of 4 years of journeyman experience. They have to hold a Workplace Specialist License in the Construction Trades.
The NCCER Core Construction course is designed to prepare adult learners for entry-level employment in the construction industry while integrating adult education and workforce preparation activities. This Integrated Education & Training (IET) program ensures students develop foundational academic skills, employability skills, and hands-on construction knowledge aligned with the NCCER Core curriculum.
